In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cf999" or "we" or "the Platform" refers to the cf999 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cf999.lat and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the cf999 platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created by you upon successful registration with cf999.
• "cf999 Login" refers to the secure authentication process used to access your Account.
• "Balance" means the total real-money PKR funds held in your cf999 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to your Account under a cf999 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process cf999 may require before processing withdrawals or approving certain account actions.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole base currency of the cf999 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount you must stake before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain a cf999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or automated systems is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not be accessing cf999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You may only hold one (1) Account. Registering or attempting to register a second Account is a material breach of these Terms.

cf999 operates under an international gaming licence that imposes Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. cf999 may request identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing any withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or when required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Documents that cf999 may request include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months and showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method ownership — a copy of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa wallet, bank card, or bank account used to make deposits.
• Source of funds documentation where required under anti-money laundering protocols.

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, cf999 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including placing a hold on withdrawal requests. cf999 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a player's failure to provide required KYC documentation promptly.

All deposits to your cf999 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cf999 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at cf999's discretion.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the cf999 cashier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your cf999 Account balance in real time. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside cf999's control.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cf999 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cf999 bears no responsibility.
• cf999 reserves the right to reject any deposit it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from cf999's operating capital, in accordance with the platform's international licence requirements.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3. cf999 will not release funds to an Account that has not completed the required verification steps.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cf999 cashier at the time of request and are subject to change.
• cf999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 business hours. Processing times for specific payment methods may vary.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• cf999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reason to believe the funds are connected with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms.
• In cases where a deposit was made via USDT TRC20, cf999 may process the corresponding withdrawal in USDT TRC20 at the prevailing PKR/USDT exchange rate at the time of withdrawal.

cf999 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available only to players who have an active, verified cf999 Account in good standing.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonus amounts are subject to Wagering Requirements, which must be completed within the specified validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the validity window.

• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting errors in promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

By placing bets or participating in any game on the cf999 platform, you acknowledge and accept the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cf999 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of an obvious system error as determined solely by cf999.
• In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game or bet, cf999 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's Balance.
• cf999 sportsbook odds are subject to change at any time up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• cf999 reserves the right to place maximum bet limits on any market, player, or event at its sole discretion.

• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to place bets using your Account.
• Using cf999 to launder money or process funds connected with any illegal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter formally with cf999 customer support.
• Accessing cf999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your true location.

All content on the cf999 platform — including but not limited to the cf999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cf999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cf999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any cf999 content without express written permission from cf999.
• You may not use the cf999 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without prior written consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to cf999 may be used by cf999 freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

cf999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a cf999 Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• cf999 collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

• cf999's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your cf999 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• cf999 is not responsible for the conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners, except to the extent that cf999 has directly caused a loss through its own negligence.

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by You: You may request account closure at any time by contacting cf999 customer support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
• Termination by cf999: cf999 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) cf999 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) cf999 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the Account; or (d) cf999 ceases to offer services to players in your jurisdiction.
• Upon termination for breach, cf999 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all Bonus Funds, and withhold the Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes no wrongdoing, the Balance will be returned.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 15 (Governing Law) — shall remain in full force after termination.

cf999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cf999 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at the time of cf999 login.

• Amended Terms will take effect 14 days after notification, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory authority, in which case they take effect immediately.
• Your continued use of the cf999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
• The most current version of these Terms is always published at cf999.lat/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cf999 holds its international gaming licence.

• Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the cf999 complaints procedure (Section 16) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as specified by cf999's licensing authority.
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined in accordance with cf999's licensing jurisdiction.
• Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
• You agree that any claim against cf999 must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, group claim, or representative proceeding.
